Zucchini Lasagne

Roasted Zucchini Lasagne | GF Pasta and Cashew Cheese, Garlic Spinach, Summer Tomato Sauce 

Ingredients: 

• zucchini 
• eggplant
• garlic
  
• tomatoes 
• fresh basil 
• avocado oil 
• olive oil
• red pepper flakes 
• cauliflower 
• raw cashews 
  
• organic spinach
• GF Pasta oven ready lasagne sheets (white rice flour, corn flour, xanthan gum)

Reheating Instructions: Place the lasagne in a small saucepan and cover with foil. Put in your 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. If you are not dairy free, you can sprinkle some shredded cheese on top before placing in the oven.
