Summer Tart | Heirloom Tomatoes, Savory Tart Shell, Shaved Fennel, Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette 

Ingredients: 

• organic Heirloom tomatoes
• organic spinach 
• organic fennel 
• cauliflower 
• raw cashew
• aged balsamic vineagr 
• olive oil
• GF flour blend (organic white rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic potato starch)
• xanthan gum
• pink sea salt
• butter
• egg
• water

Reheating Instructions: Place the tart on a sheet pan in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Oven temp and time may depend on your particular oven. You can also reheat in a microwave.
