Frittata | Sage Sausage, Caramelized Onions, Fennel, Spinach and Zucchini with Heirloom Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
local farm pork sage sausage
caramelized onion (onions, garlic, salt and pepper, avocado oil, dried thyme)
organic fennel
organic spinach
unsweetened almond milk
zucchini
tomatoes
lime juice
cilantro
red onion
lime juice

Reheating Instructions: Place frittata in a small saucepan and cover with foil (or skip the foil). Reheat in your 375 degree oven for 8-12 minutes. You can also put in the microwave. Top with salsa and enjoy!
