Breakfast Meatloaf | Pork and Turkey Breakfast Spiced Loaf, Zucchini Walnut Muffin and Hardboiled Egg

Ingredients: 

  • local ground sage pork sausage 
  • organic ground turkey 
  • bacon
  • eggs
  • GF panko breadcrumbs
  • onion 
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • sage 
  • dijon 
  • ketchup (tomato paste, vinegar, salt) 
  • sauerkraut (cabbage, salt, caraway seeds) 
  • zucchini 
  • walnuts 
  • GF Flour blend (organic white rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic potato starch)
  • xanthan gum 
  • baking soda
  • baking powder
  • ground cinnamon 
  • coconut sugar 
  • avocado oil 
  • vanilla extract 

Note from Alice: A different take on the classic meatloaf, this one gives true breakfast vibes. There is plenty meatloaf here for 2 servings. A moist gluten free zucchini muffin and hardboiled farm egg completes this healthy breakfast. Ingredient label coming soon. 

Reheating Instructions: Slice servings from the meatloaf and place it in a small saucepan. Reheat in the 375 degree oven for 12-18 minutes. Reheat the zucchini muffin in the same oven but maybe not for as long. You can also place both things in a countertop toaster of the microwave.
