Breakfast Meatloaf | Pork and Turkey Breakfast Spiced Loaf, Zucchini Walnut Muffin and Hardboiled Egg
Ingredients:
- local ground sage pork sausage
- organic ground turkey
- bacon
- eggs
- GF panko breadcrumbs
- onion
- garlic
- parsley
- sage
- dijon
- ketchup (tomato paste, vinegar, salt)
- sauerkraut (cabbage, salt, caraway seeds)
- zucchini
- walnuts
- GF Flour blend (organic white rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic potato starch)
- xanthan gum
- baking soda
- baking powder
- ground cinnamon
- coconut sugar
- avocado oil
- vanilla extract
Note from Alice: A different take on the classic meatloaf, this one gives true breakfast vibes. There is plenty meatloaf here for 2 servings. A moist gluten free zucchini muffin and hardboiled farm egg completes this healthy breakfast. Ingredient label coming soon.
Reheating Instructions: Slice servings from the meatloaf and place it in a small saucepan. Reheat in the 375 degree oven for 12-18 minutes. Reheat the zucchini muffin in the same oven but maybe not for as long. You can also place both things in a countertop toaster of the microwave.
